2 - Lunch, Salad
bean sprouts,
carrots shredded
celery shredded
fresh chili minced
soy sauce
sesame oil
bit of sugar
peanuts chopped
basil mint or cilantro, chopped (all three is best)
Toss bean sprouts, carrots, celery, chili, soy sauce, sesame oil and a bit of sugar.
Top with peanuts and basil, mint and/or cilantro. (The full trio is best.)
